2023 Awards of Excellence in Housing
BILD-CENTRAL ALBERTA ANNOUNCES THE 2023 AWARD WINNERS!
Red Deer, AB | May 28, 2023 - The Building Industry and Land Development Association - Central Alberta (BILD-Central Alberta) recently announced the winners for the 2023 BILD Central Alberta Awards for Excellence in Housing. These awards aim to recognize the top performers in the residential construction industry in Central Alberta. The winners were chosen by a panel of industry professionals from outside the region, and the Renovator and Builder of the Year categories also involved surveys from customers and trade partners.
The awards were presented at the Excellence in Housing Awards Gala, which took place on the evening of Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the Red Deer Resort and Casino.
The association extends its congratulations to all the finalists and winners in various categories, including Single Family, Multi-Family, Renovation, Interior Design, Partner Choice, Safety Leadership, Community Development, Renovator of the Year, and Builder of the Year. These individuals and companies have demonstrated excellence and innovation in their respective fields within the Central Alberta housing industry.
*INDUSTRY ICON AWARD: It was our great pleasure to recognize Art Anastasi with this year’s Industry Icon Award. Art was presented with the award for having made a lasting and positive mark on the community and the Central Alberta housing industry for over 20 years.
*PRESIDENT’S AWARDS: Kyle Cournoyer and Pamela Der received this year’s Presidents Awards. The President’s Awards recognize volunteer service and leadership to the association and the residential construction industry.
