CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE (Full-Time)
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in staying organized and efficient. You'll play a key role in helping our day-to-day operations run smoothly out of our main office located at 289 Burnt Park Drive, Red Deer County.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
Maintain organized filing systems
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Order and maintain office supplies and materials
Help with internal communication and event coordination
Support homeowner liaisons with scheduling, communications, and general administrative tasks
Maintain organized records of homeowner interactions and warranty claims
Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and support post turnover processes
Qualifications considered include:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
