As a team, you and Laebon Homes are about to begin an involved and exciting process - building your new home! We will discuss this process with you and guide you every step of the way. However, should you need a reminder or just want to look ahead to see what is next, the information below can be used to do that.

Our team will be here every step of the way, so let’s find out who they are and the role they’ll play in building your new home.
Your Community Sales Manager has already been working with you and will continue to do so throughout the building of your home. Although they turn responsibility for building your home over to the construction specialists, your Sales Manager is the person to talk to if you have decided to make any changes to your home.
Think of your Homeowner Liaison as your guide through the home building process. They will be there for you from the time you sign your papers until after you move into your brand new home. If you have questions, contact them. If they don’t know the answer, they will find out for you. They understand the home building process and are experienced in helping people through it.
Your Project Manager is in charge of the construction of your new home. Our Project Managers all have the skills and expertise to create your home from the plan you’ve chosen.
BuilderTrend is a communication tool we provide to keep you involved and up to date with what’s happening with your new home. We encourage you to check it out regularly - we will post photos, provide construction updates in BuilderTrend and you can ask us questions in this platform.
