Warranty Program

After you move into your new Laebon Home, you will be contacted by our warranty department to schedule an Orientation.

During the orientation one of our Warranty Technicians will meet at your home to familiarize you with all aspects of your new home. They will explain Laebon’s duties to you as your builder, and also explain your responsibilities as a new homeowner.

You will also be able to review the possession certificate with the Warranty Technician, to ensure that all issues that were identified at the pre-possession walkthrough have been dealt with.

After the orientation, any warranty concerns should be submitted to the Laebon office by mail, email, fax or Co-construct. Our Warranty Technicians are scheduled several weeks ahead. It is helpful if you can suggest times or dates that you are available.

Drywall repairs are only done once, just before the end of the first year. Drywall repairs will not be painted. Parging is also a onetime repair that will be addressed at the one year mark.

Seasonal items such as exterior painting and landscaping are noted at turnover by the Project Manager and submitted to the applicable subtrade.
