Gord Smith
Vice President, Operations
Gord joined the Laebon Team in 1999 as the controller. After 7 years in that position Gord took over the Operations Manager position in the summer of 2006.
Craig ONeill
Vice President, Finance/CFO
Craig became part of the management team in the summer of 2006 and has a broad background in accounting and finance. Craig has his Chartered Accountant designation and his duties include creating and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely accounting systems and reporting are in place.
Chris Beaumont
Vice President, Land Development
Chris joined the Laebon Team in early 2005 after many years in the public sector; bringing experience in the municipal engineering, construction and maintenance areas. Chris leads Laebon's Land Development Division which provides land use planning, civil engineering, landscape design and construction management and surveying services for Laebon's communities around Central Alberta. The division also works with other engineering consultants, contractors and municipalities to develop LAebon's home building lots. Laebon has been a leader in developing innovative communities and bringing progressive land use design to Central Alberta and Chris; goal is to keep Laebon on the leading edge of community developers in Alberta.
