DESIGN LEAD

This position is accountable for the success of our designs and our design operations. Creative, build-able, accurate, and innovative floor plans and elevations are the key to our success as a builder in a crowded marketplace – as is being responsive to our customers’ needs and timelines.
We are seeking an experienced professional who has the drive and skills to meet the demands of our industry and the goals of our ambitious leadership team. If you could be described as: creative, respected, innovative, supportive of the team, and connected to customers – then consider us for your next challenge!
The ideal candidate will have:
• 10+ years residential design experience, including leadership experience
• Strong technical background, including extensive knowledge of the Building Code and local by-laws
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Ability to initiate change and manage it

Apprentice Carpenter
We require:
• Residential experience
• Proof of participation in the Apprenticeship program
• Willingness to work in communities throughout Central Alberta
• A valid driver's license
• Related safety training is an asset
